Product Description:
JK5520 adopts the same test principle of ST5520, after simplifying some functions to achieve Better Cost performance , ARM processor control intelligent test instrument. Output 0.001V~1000V arbitrary voltage output, with voltage read back function , Basic test accuracy up to 0.1percent. Six range test, insulation resistance measurement range :1Ω-50TΩ, disy digit 9999. The test speed can be up to 20 times per second, which provides a solution for automated production. The instrument has sorting function, sorting ring Settings, but also optional Handler interface, applied to automatic sorting system to complete automatic pipeline testing
